Hi Sabina,
I am sorry for any inconveniency caused by your My Passport drive and I apologize for answering you a bit late. Could you tell me if the issue was resolved?
Could you open Disk Management and check if the drive appears correctly? Does it have a file format and a drive letter? Since the drive is accessible on another PC, backup all important data.
Back on your desktop, open Device Manager, search for the drive and uninstall it. Restart the PC and plug the drive back in. There may be some driver issue and that is why your My Passport is working normally on another PC.
