Gmail account is disabled

Hello,
I must say that I am going through tough time in my life as i have lost most of my important contacts and documents by disabling the account ***@***. I am the account holder and I dont know who has hacked the account and why itsnot been able to get activated. I have tried all the possible ways and means by the help of google email support but everything is in vain. Unfortunately I havent updated the recent contact number and the email id. The contact details that i had given years back does not work now. I am desperately looking for customer support to retrieve my account otherwise I am lost.
