Hello,
i have an hp laptop and the couple past mounths i used it in a normal wayy but these days it shuts off when my batttery is at half and when i start it again it says that th battery is low .... please hellp

how old is the laptop? After a year or two you may need a new battery.
The capacity of the battery is not well measured and can indicate the wrong level. Is it possible to find a local source of a new battery? I suggest you try a new one before you buy it.
