It's probably broken and can't be recovered.

Hi Xollo,
Could you describe the noise coming from the hard drive? Is it a clicking noise? Please check if the drive appears in Device Manager and in Disk Management. Check the drive on another PC and with another USB cable. Sadly, if the drive is not working even on another PC and the noise is like “click-click-click” there may be a serious mechanical problem with the drive. Unfortunately those kinds of problems can not be repaired. You may need to replace the drive.
