Hello ! Can anyone help me out please . keyboard is not working and when I press escape key the dot light on the caps lock glows tried simple tricks like removing battery still not working ! Any computers wizards on ? Plss help me out guys

I suggest you either replace the keyboard or use a external USB keyboard.
