Cannot login Yahoo Mail, phone changed

Hi I have got signed out of my ymail acn and it has emails I am in need of due to my circumstances! It's the only email Iv ever had and always been loged in on iPhone now it's reset it won't let me back in and my alternate password retrieval email and phone number were changed along time ago! The number is disconnected and email is no hope please help me keep getting my emails on my iPhone please!!! James Debono Australia.. I can receive emails temporary on
