Hi my gmail is didable due to supicous activity and i have changed my old number i can't get msg and voice cal for the verification code to enable my account plz help me out

Gmail will ask you to reset your password any time they detect suspicious activity related to your account. To prevent unauthorized access to your information, please choose a new password before signing in to your account.

Sorry, there is no way to get around it, you should have kept your account info up-to-date.

Use the account recovery form again. When you complete the form, be sure to choose, " I don't know my password " and fill in the rest.
