Software that allows one computer to operate all computers

have connected cables for 15 computers and i want the software that is used to train end user computing( office word/powerpoint etc) ... i want to be able to stop all computers and use one computer to demonstrate to student ... how do i do that and the name of the software..... how do i do computer configuarations
