I have changed the password from factory settings but because I auto logged in didn't need to use the new password now I have a new phone tried and forgot my password please can anyone help I did not save this password so it isn't on the file

I you have a Windows laptop that can use the wifi connection then this will recover it:

Otherwise, I suggest you use the reset switch on the back of the router. it will reset the route to the default settings and you can start over.
