Lost emails in folders

I had run out of space to send more photos, etc to my gmail account so I deleted all trash, junk and "ALL MAIL" then emptied the trash folder. I was looking in my email folders/labels and everthing is gone- no pictures, videos, etc and I am devastated because these are the births of my 6 Grandchildren and them growing up. I had no idea that the All Mail delete would pull them from my GMAIL account when Labels/Folders had been made (they should have been secure once I made a folder and saved them). Please tell me how to retrieve all of my folders with the pictures and videos!!
