Cannot access yahoo mail account

Hello,

I changed country and cannot access my yahoo mail account, my mobile number has been asked but this has been deactivated already due to changing of country. How could I sign-in my yahoo mail? Since I cannot provide any recovery has been asking from me, yahoo mail or mobile number.

When you created the account, did you register a secret question?
