Unable to download troubleshooters

We just bought a Globe wifi modem to have our own wifi connection. It worked great for the first week but after that, we cannot connect to the internet anymore. I did the steps everyday because my sister told me to but still, it doesnt work. But last week, for the whole week, I did the steps regularly and it started to work but right now, I have done these steps for 50 times I think but I cannot connect my pc to the net anymore.. That is why I loaded my globe Tattoo to ask this question and to find a solution for this internet connection problem. What am I supposed to do???

I have been having problems recently with my Acer Aspire E 15. Since my sister brought my laptop to a friend's house, my laptop won't connect to our home wifi. I have tried a lot from resetting the router to resetting the wireless adapter and basically all that I can see on google. Whenever I try to connect to our home wifi, it always says "Unidentified Network. No internet access" even though the wifi symbol has excellent signal connection. I am contemplating on bringing my laptop to the store since it is still under warranty but I can't because I need my laptop for school.

I'm connected to a public server at my university and the wifi says connected but I don't have access to the internet. I know the Internet works, because I'm accessing it through my phone. However, sometimes an authorization page comes up to allow students to sign in. I'm thinking i need to resurgirías my computer, but i have no idea how to bring up that page since it comes up automatically. Can you help? Thanks

My latop using windows 7 while at work is not letting me on 99% of the websites. I am using firefox and chrome to connect and neither worked. My cell phone, my coworkers cell phones, their computers (hardwired) are all working fine. Only the laptops on wifi have connection time out issues. All browsers are configured to detect proxies automatically. My laptop is only running windows security essentials. I have turned all uac and firewalls off. Currently the only pages I can seem to pull up are google homepage and yahoo homepage. I can still send a few emails using thunderbird however, only email accounts with the servers on yahoo, gmail, and outlook work. Any other domain name emails do not....
