How to adjust the earpiece volume

Hello, I have a Samsung e2121 mobile phone and the earpiece volume is very low and it is very hard to hear what people are saying,specially when I'm on a bus,train etc or by a main road.please can somebody tell me how to adjust the earpiece volume on this type of phone.thank you very much in advance to anyone that is willing to help me.

Does your earpiece have its own volume buttons? Some do!

dosnt have volume button and cant find anything in settings that relates to volume.
