Hello,
Sir I hv hp laptop. 15 days back my laptop was not start then after some time it automatically worked fine. Now again this problem is came from last 2 days my laptop not turn on. I checked ram also fine. Only power on light is working but laptop doesn't start. Plz sir guide me what to do..

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

When you turn on the laptop, can you hear the fan turning ?

Sir my laptop doesn't having fan. But some sound is coming.
