Hi Satish,
Could you give us some more information about the issue? If you want to format the pendrive and you get a write protection message, confirm that the pendrive has no lock button. If there is no such button and you wish to format the drive, open Command Prompt and type the following commands:
Diskpart
List disk
Select disc N (N must be the number of the drive)
Clean
Go back to Disk Management and try to format the drive.
