Hi Lama,
Please confirm that your pendrive has no lock button. If there is no such button, run the Command Prompt and type the following commands:
Diskaprt
List disk
Select disck n (n must be the drive’s number)
Clean
Go back to Disk Management and try to format. Do you get a format error?
