Hello,

There seems to be a glitch in the dio connector on my laptop. When you connect headphones or speekers there is no stereo sound. When you wiggle on the male connector (in the female conector on the laptop) you get sound in both headphones/speekers. It seems to be a mechanical issue. How can I fix it?

It is mechanical and therefore physical. You have to adjust the contacts to make certain there is not an air gap between connectors! That is how we solve these types of problems!

you "BEND" it back into shape. Or you clean out the socket of debris. Physical problems cannot be "Directed" back to work.....but has to be looked at for what it is, and it can either be fixed or not. I cannot print out instructions for these types of problems!
