Mail recovery

Hello,
Greetings!
I have the right user id and i remember my password also.
But i've moved to a different country and don't have access to either
the recovery number or recovery email.
Is there a way i can log into my mail.
I do remember the secret code and answer

it prompts me for a code sent either to my mobile or email.
