The key "o" doesn't work

on my keyboard, the letter "o" doesn't work. I've tried a bunch of stuff, from turning it upside down to let out dust, to restarting cpu. (windows) I don't know exact model of keyboard or pc, though. The language is ENG, US, and all other keys are working perfectly. Capital o doesn't work either.
It was a pain copy+pasting this.

This is usually caused by a circuit issue. Only a qualified technician can attend to it.
