Hello,

I cant log onto my Hotmail.com email account using the house computer, but I can access it anywhere else on other devices. every time I click on the Hotmail link it flashes several times and then it says that there is a problem try again later.

Sounds like a virus. Run a virus scan. Or, logout, clear cache and try again!
