Is hotmail.com down?

We can't access hotmail.com or https://outlook.live.com/owa/

How to fix this?

It only shows text message with white background and skyblue footer. See below:

No it's not down, I can easily access it

It's actually happened two or three times today. I use hotmail a very long time now, but, it is my first time to encounter it while working. I tried the yahoo mail site and google mail, website, they are working. That's why I thought the hotmail is under maintenance or something. I wondered what's cause of the error. Thank you for letting me know that it is not down. I will still stay with my hotmail mail.

I don't know what may cause the error in your case, works just fine here.

I suggest you delete all of your temporary files and cookies, restart your browser and try again.
