8 months old computer just stopped working with BLACK SCREEN

I have a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series that just shut down and black screen yet my caps lock light is on as well as the power light is a pinkish color. I'm under the gun since I've been working on a funeral services and all the pictures and music is in there. It just went black screen I do not hear it running.

I've tried the suggestion in the forum but that didn't work. Only had this computer for about 8 months this is the second time this has happened but before was able to get it back online long before now

Any suggestions are welcome....I'm massaging from my phone
