Windows host script error

Hello,
im getting this error when i logged into my winodws desktop "C:\users\butt6\AppDAta\RoamingMicrosoft\windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\2.6.0.0Microsoft Toolkit.vbs"failed (Access is denied. ).
And my applications are not starting automatically like anitvirus used to automatically appear in the taskbar, now i have to open it manually.

press windows+run and type regedit.exe after that
expand 1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
2. expand SOFTWARE
3.expand Microsoft
4. expand windows script host
right click on settings and click on new select DWORD (32-bit) value
5 rename it "Enabled" without the " so Enabled
6. after renaming press enter and right click the Enabled and click on modify then change the value data from 0 to 1 and save it .
