Facebook tell fb to send the code to my new email

Hello, my name is Shawn Livingstone and lost my fb a while back I almost had it back and fb sent my a code to my email that was on the account to retreive it but now I have a new email and there was no way I could tell fb to send the code to my new email

To tell fb to send it to your new email, you must be able to access your account.
