Hi Arjun,
Could you tell me if this is the free size or the total capacity? Do you have important data on the card? Do you have access to it? Please open Disk Management and tell me if the card has a proper file format. If you can, attach a screenshot here. Check if the card is correctly recognized when used in a tablet or a cell phone.
If you do not have important data stored on it, format it and check if the correct capacity is restored.
