All my .exe files changed to GTA SAN ANDREAS icon

Hello,


Pls I ve tried all your ink files..no changes has been made to my .exe. Files...I can't install them..@ first I thought it was a virus but seeing other peoples complain..I knew something went wrong somewhere.. Pls I need your help
