Shorting on accer n15w5

Hello, so i accidentally wet my laptop and now its shorted out. But i can't seem to find steps on how to release the laptop's battery from the internet and cannot open it myself. Does anyone know how to open accer n15w5 battery? Or is it just simply can't be opened?

I am sorry to let you know, but a short is a short! You could try to put the whole thing in the freezer for about 4 days. That should take the moisture out, but the damage is probably already done!
