How to fix my broken power button

I have a home choice lapyop with a build in battery.

My power button doesn't want to work when I plug in my charger the l.e.d lights goes on to show that my laptop is receiving
power but it doesn't want to turn on I tried removing the battery and keeping the power button for 1 min but that trick doesn't work

What must I do
