Using dvd flick

Hi i have just downloaded dvd flick but as i am trying to organise and burn my camcorder videos but it just says file not supported. What does this mean how can i get it to load my videos which are on wondowsmoviemaker.

What file format is that moviemaker saving it as?

Can you save them as something that your other app will burn?
