Cloudbook 14 will not boot

Hello,
My acer Intel, aspire one cloudbook 14 won't load pass the acer logo screen it just goes there turns black then keeps doing that over again till it's dead or till I turn it off.
It first started when I rested it I took about 30 minutes then when done said erro and now stuck with the problem I've pressed f10 and alt and clicked on trouble shout and other things but after just goes back to same problem. Please help asap
