HELP. I have a Toshiba Satellite C55-C5240 15.6 Inch Laptop Running the new Windows 10 anniversary addition (Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 1 TB HDD). I am not overclocking or any sort of throttling.I have been trying to play multiple games with my friends such as League of Legends and CS:GO. Every time i click on a tab in the game or button, my computer instantly freezes. Nothing happens when i press any buttons. I still hear the fans running. Please help

Hi,

Is the laptop working fine aside from the cs/go issue?

If it is I'd be inclined to believe the issue may be with CS/GO or at least related to components needed for the game to run.

I would suggest trying to do a check on the cs/go game in your steam client. So it can check if there are not corrupt files in your game folder.

If it still does not work after that ... I won't be able to offer much help. I do game quite a bit, but not cs/go so I have absolutely zero experience troubleshooting it.

However I did find a steam forum post of things that you can try to get it to work again.

Hope this helps.
