Qwerty-azerty

I have the two keyboards qwerty/azerty but the qwerty stays enabled.

I stay in France but 'write to my mother now 'deceased' in English on CC Illustrator Windows.

Speak and write English and French

Please can you help me.

Hello

Why would you want to use azerty when querty works very well ? Querty is used both in French and English depending on the Windows keyboard language settings.
