Backspace,enter,rt side arrow,number lock,spacebar-not working

Hello,

I am using lenovo laptop, i have not used my lap for a 6 months , when i turn on today , the following keys "backspace,enter,rt side arrow,number lock,spacebar" are not working.I tried in the EASE OF ACCESS CENTER and check out the necessary boxes. But still issue not resolved. Pls help me to resolve

sounds like a broken keyboard. Can use test using an external USB keyboard?
