Hi nirmal,
Could you tell me if the pendrive is recognized in Disk Management? Does it have a drive letter and a proper file format? I strongly recommend you to test the device on another PC. Is the result the same?
If you do not have important data on the drive, I recommend you to format it. If you do have some important files, try using a data recovery software. I leave you a link with some suggestions.

Once you have all backed up, format the pendrive and check again if it is recognized correctly.
