Hijacked FB account

Hello,

My FB account was hijacked yesterday, 29 August 2016 by an unknown person. My email address was removed and replaced by another email address, to which I don't have access (obviously). The FB protocols to help secure or recover your account only works with an active (accessible) email address (which I don't have because it's the hijacker's address).
How do I get my Facebook account/profile back? I have already send a FB approved ID to FB, but have not heard from them.....

you just need to wait for Facebook to reply
