Forgot new pass word

Hello,

My name is Monica dahl, I've been using my Google gmail address (***@***) for a few yrs now. It's a very important email address, it's used for all my apps, I changed the pass word under stressful circumstances and totally forgot to do something with it too remember it! I also have a new number since then. So I am unable to get a recovery conformation code. My hotmail email has also closed on me which use to be my recovery email, I hope you can assist me. I went from smart phone to flip phone with verision. I did switch back to smart phone and could not recover my old phone number, removed by moderator. My new is removed by moderator.
