Hello Sneaky,
Can you please, tell me what happened to your USB and what type of methods have you tried to troubleshoot the issue that you have? Have you tested it in different ports or PCs?
These two lines do not give pracitaclly any information regarding the problem, so please, come back to the tread to tell me more about it.
