Laptop battery discharging on it's own [Closed]

Hello,




my hp laptop has a start up problem,the battery though laptop is plugged in shows "plugged in not charging" but it is discharging on its own though plugged in and my laptop wont start up if i remove the battery and try to boot it by plugging in only.

It's obviously time to replace with a new battery.
Ask a question
