Browser says that I am Offline

Hello,
My RCA Viking Pro shows being connected to the WiFi but my browser cannot find it.
My Wifi is working all right as I am using it to contact with you.

The browse says that I am Offline.
The WiFi says Status: Connected

Some/many RCA tablets appear to have problems with wifi. We have no suggested fix at this time.
