Hi Amit,
So, the drive appears empty, but the available capacity grows lower? Please check if there are some hidden files or folders in the Folder Options. Check the link below for some Windows 7 instructions:

You may need to check if Windows restore points are getting too much space or if they are being created too often. Check that from Start Menu, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore. I would also recommend you to use the Disk Clean up option. Open My Computer and right click on your partition. Select properties, disk clean up. From other option you may be able to select System restore.
