Chart out a grid using excel

How can I build a grid using an existing excel sheet that already has the cell references and the name. This document has four groups each containing 3 columns.

The data looks like this, from L to R in this row...

AAA27 E WALTON K27 E SMITH VV3 S Bell I32 E Boss
U27 E SHOE. QQ26 S SUY. OO27 S HO. KK5 E BO

I have 9 pages with 35 lines times 4 groups per page.

I have a wall of name badges - 53 across by 55 down (?). Some spots are blank and we want to fill them. Boss said it is a special program that no one knows where it is.

I found an excel document which would take me weeks probably to manually place the badges as is, before I can add new ones.

It sounds to me like your boss needs to pull the trigger on producing the funds to get some pro services in there! We are not going to produce a turn key solution for your profit! It is that simple! Post some code and we can help out, but as far as producing a product for you to use at work or school, forget it! That is the cost of doing business! Your BOSS should know this!
