Just so we can understand fully what you would like to do, could you please upload a sample of your file to a free file sharing site such as DropBox, ge.tt or SpeedyShare and then post the link to your file back here. Be careful with any sensitive data.
Include any code or formulae that you may have tried.
We should then be able to help you sort it out.
