Need help getting password reset/ or keeping same email address

I got a new phone and I'm trying to set up my yahoo account, well I forgot my email password and I don't have a recovery number nor email. The number that was set up for the account is a old number I had years ago and I don't have that same number nor phone. How can I keep my same email address and get my current email messages.
