Inspiron laptop doesn't show any power

Hello,

Hi, my Inspiron laptop doesn't show any power even though it has a power cord with voltage coming through it. It doesn't start up at all, no logo, no lights at all, nothing. Could I have accidentally locked it? Pls help!

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
