Wifi connected but cannot browse

Hello,
This has been a problem for a while. My desktop with Windows 8 shows it is connected to the Wifi network but when I want to open something like Google or Bing, it states it cannot open the page. How or what do I do to overcome this problem?

Doe any other device browse correctly? Does the PC have a static IP address.? If you were to run ipconfig /all, what would your IP address be, along with the gateway IP address. It could be a DNS issue. Is it your wireless gateway, or your ISP's? If it is your ISP, then call them, as you are already paying for support!
