Hey there, ashutosh.
Do you need the files from that flash drive, or you just want to try and make it work properly?
If you don't need those files, you could try reformatting it, to see if that helps you with the problem at hand. Here's how to do it: https://ccm.net/faq/9524-format-a-usb-key-from-the-command-prompt-in-windows You could also try doing that via Disk Management - right click with your mouse on the partition and select "Format".
Another way to do that is by downloading the flash drive manufacturer's formatting tool and try to fix things up, by using it for your pen drive.
