Hi Veeru,
The best thing to do is to test the pendrive on another PC. If it is not working and is still missing in Disk Management and in Device Manager, there may be some problem with the device. If you need to save the data on the drive, try with some data recovery tools, but if the drive is not recognized, the recovery process will be hard. You should know that damaged pendrives are not repairable. My advice is to get e new device.
