Cant login

Hi
I opened a yahoo email account, imported all my contacts (over 400) and emailed them all to let them know my new address.
Next day (today) I cant access my account - even with the recovery email or phone number.
I've tried al' the help options.
I cant contact yahoo as I need to be signed in to do that - and I thnk thats only for the forums anyway.
Any ideas?

Hi

Importing and sending 400 emails in a short time, no doubt was seen as spam, hence your account was disabled.
