PC starting but nothing happens

Ok so two days ago my PC was working great. But today I tried to boot it up and nothing happened. The fans run and the inside lights turn on. My graphics card seems to be running and my monitor is fine. I'm new to PC gaming and I'm not someone that can spend a lot of money. This is really worrying me because then this will be $1000 wasted. Please I'm really worried and don't know what to do. I don't know if it's a motherboard, psu, ram or anything of the sort problem
