Someone hacked my yahoo account

Hello,
Someone hacked my yahoo account.
They changed everything up!
As soon as I type in my email address it says it will send me a text to the phone so I can enter my verification code. I don't have that number at all!! It no longer gives me the I forgot my password anymore!! Everything is only done by the number. Lucky it accidently gave me the number so I've texted the person who hacked my yahoo and they don't want to text me back at all!!! I've called and they hang up on me as well!! I'm very frustrated I need to get in my account because my light information is on there and I need my account information so I can get sold of my light company so I really need my account back!!!
